Frances is the eleventh and youngest child of the late Frank and Frances Ford, Sr.

She heralded from a musical family and was inspired to sing by her mother, the late Frances Ford, Sr., who was a member of the family choir, the Evening Star Gospel Singers. This soul inspired choir recorded several songs while Frances was but a child. At the tender age of 3, Frances' melodious voice could be heard in the choirs of Whitestone Baptist Church and she continues to sing praises unto the Lord and has been a faithful steward in this capacity.

Frances has been married to her soul mate, Deacon Jeffrey Howard Bedford for 6 wonderful, blessed years. God has blessed them with a wonderful miracle; baby DeAndre, to love, nurture and care for. She is a very family oriented person and has a special fondness for her nieces and nephews.

God has been the stronghold in her in life and has ordered her steps. Her God given career is a Registered Nurse and she is currently employed as a Case Manager at the Johns Hopkins Home Care Group. Her walk with the Lord is evident in the care and love that she shows her patients.

If asked to tell the people who Deacon Frances Delores Bedford is, just tell them, "She is a nobody, trying to tell everybody, about somebody who can save anybody".
