In Rememberance Of: Eloise "Doll" English | October 12, 1945 - September 24, 2005 Life is so fast paced and so moving that into it God sends precious people like Eloise "Doll" English. Those who make great strides in their own quiet way seem to leave a formidable impression as they travel along life's highway.

Mrs. English was born on March 27, 1923 in Sumter County, South Carolina. She married the late William Lee English and to this union four children were born. She was retired from the Spring Grove State Hospital in 1995, and later volunteered at Grandparents Head Start until 2007. She departed this life on April, 29, 2009.

In order to work out her soul's salvation she accepted Christ and casted her lot with the Morning Star Baptist Church of Christ in the early 1960's having been baptized by the late Rev. Nathaniel Wicks.

Mrs. English a loving quiet woman who went about doing well in a quiet but precious way and is certainly enjoying how long eternity is, but you can't crown Him until we get there. Philippians 4: 7 states "and the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus".
