Trustee Novilla Allen

Trustee Novilla Allen is a long time member of The Morning Star Baptist Church of Christ and she is married to Mr. Temple Allen.

She has worked diligently in various ministries in the church such as the Missionary Society, the Board of Christian Education, Finance Commission, Chairperson of Women's Day and Chairperson for the 115th Church Anniversary. Along with her duties as Trustee, she also serves as Chairperson of the Luau Committee.

Mrs. Allen was very inspirational in the fundraising project that resulted in the purchasing of the church buses.

She loves the Lord and one of her favorite scripture is Psalm 90:1-2 "Lord thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were brought, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God."

Trustee Allen can often be heard saying "For it is in Him she lives and moves and has her being."
